Order Fulfillment

In most cases, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays, and mail usually only takes 3-5 days. If an item is out of stock, we usually have it within one week. We will notify you by email if your order might take any longer than a week to ship.

We do not ship items prior to payment, so if you indicate you are paying by check, we will hold your order for two weeks to wait for your check to arrive. If payment isn't received after two weeks, we will cancel your order, and return the items to our inventory. Most orders ship as soon as your check arrives.

We ship orders under two pounds by First Class U.S. Mail, so shipments may take up to two weeks to reach you once they are sent. Orders over two pounds are automatically shipped by U.S. Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation.

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any and all orders. Sometimes we are simply unable to fulfill an order because of insufficient delivery address information, questionable payment methods, etc. It doesn't happen often, but we do reserve the right to cancel any order we aren't able to fill in good faith. If we can not fill your order, we will make a reasonable attempt to notify you.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Money Orders, or Checks. You may pay over the Internet, or by phoning our office at 801-733-5384.

For PayPal, please send your payment to customerservice@nestmom.com, noting the name under which the order was placed, and the order number.

At this time, we are not set up for customer invoicing, so we will not ship your order until payment is received. If we do not receive your payment within two weeks, we will cancel your order and return the merchandise to our inventory.

Shipping

*Shipping on all Nursing Bras & Pads within the U.S. is always FREE!
Shipping charges on all other items are based on weight and charged the UPSP rate. We regularly ship orders under a pound by First Class U.S. Mail, so shipments may take up to two weeks to reach you once they are sent. All slings and orders over a pound are automatically shipped by U.S. Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation.

If you have special needs that are not accommodated by theseoptions then please let us know. Please make sure the billing and shipping addresses are correct to ensure timely and accurate shipping. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be incurred to reship the package.

For Overnight or UPS shipping, additional charges will apply. In most cases, shipping by Priority Mail (averaging 2-3 days) is your best bet for both time and money savings.

For sling rings, you can estimate your shipping costs and add it into your order, so that your order receipt will reflect an accurate total. However, we reserve the right to alter the shipping amount to reflect the actual shipping costs that are incurred in sending your order. Order payments made through Paypal.com will receive an e-mail request for payment of shipping charges if it is not made when placing the order.

For international orders, we will figure the weight of your package, and apply the appropriate charges based on an agreed-upon shipment method. We can not guarantee international shipments beyond U.S. Post Office tracking, which only ensures that it enters the country specified, not delivery to any particular location or individual.

For international shipments, we will include a customs form with an accurate description of the included items and their values. Please don't ask us to mark your items as gifts or anything else, since this is asking us to break the law. We simply won't do it.

Please email or phone so we know to expect your package. When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You assume responsibility for shipping and insuring the returned item. If it doesn't arrive here, we can not offer exchanges or refunds. Please note whether or not you would like a refund or an exchange (please note new sizes and colors). **If you received free shipping on your original order you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping the product(s) which includes packaging, postage and handling with a minimum of $2.00.

We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any and all returns and refunds. However, we certainly don't want you to be stuck with something you won't use! Our goal is 100% satisfaction in every area: ordering, shipping, customer service and selection. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at immediately. We promise to do everything we can to make things right.

Generally, all items are able to be exchanged or returned within 30 days, as long as they are in new condition. However, we deal with each exchange or return on an individual basis, in order to give you the best possible service. It is up to our discretion to determine whether or not an item is in "returnable" and "resellable" condition.

There is a 10% re-stocking fee on all sling returns.

Bravado Bras are non-returnable once worn or washed. They can be returned or exchanged provided they have only been tried on, but they must be in new, re-sellable condition. Make sure the bra is kept free from hair, deodorant, threads, pet dander, and other non-pleasant stuff. Please save and return the original bra packaging. Thanks!

All Bravado Maternity Underwear, and Mother's Milkmate Systems are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Milk Diapers are only accepted if items are still sealed in the new packaging.

At this time, we do not offer a print catalog, but we do keep our website updated each week. This enables us to maintain a current offering of products, fabrics, and styles in the most economical way.

We never share or sell our contact information. We will not email you unsolicited.

We will not sell or use your name or other information for anything other than to place and ship your order. We handle all contact and payment information in a secure manner, using secure servers and storage.
